I've only just started coming to this practice in the last week, the reception staff are lovely and helpful and the waiting area is nice, fresh and clean. Dr Mohamed Keritam is the doctor I have been seeing and he is absolutely fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. He was fantastic with my toddler who hates being touched by anyone. In the two times I came for my appointment I waited 10/15 minutes max. this is the best medical centre I have been to in the past few years, I'm happy that I found this practice and the fantastic Doctor and staff.

The doctors I visit Dr Goyal and Naina, they are pretty good n listen to our problems n advise next steps from there. Wait time is the only thing which is not good. It takes 3-4 hours sometimes to see Dr, especially waiting with sick n special needs kids make really hard. Customer service needs some improvement, few instance they put long hold n don’t answer phones.

We recently moved to the suburb and found the centre close and accessible. All staff and doctors seem to be professional and quite friendly. Today I used pathology service for the first time (08/12) and had an horrible experience. The lady that worked in the pathology was so rude and arrogant. She would speak fast and act dramatic if asked to repeat. I didnot want the bloods to be drawn from the side of my arm where my veins were clearly on the other side, I expressed my wish and said it would be painful so may be try another arm if you want to, for which she was so abrupt and rude “you should have said that before, I could have saved time, from next time make sure you tell me ahead cause people are waiting outside” in a very annoyed tone. I was like is she even serious? I am pretty sure she must be an RN and myself being an RN I do understand about patient’s rights and wishes and do respect them rather not let them feel bad about it. I was very disappointed with the lady and would never use pathology service in the centre if she is working. The lady clearly needs to learn to be more empathetic and polite. If she is having a bad day then she could have taken day off but making it worst for others is definitely not acceptable.

Facility seems goods, Doctors seems competent and polite, but the front desk staff is worst. They are rude, arrogant, impolite, inconsiderate, crooked and big bullie, a lady over the phone (seems arabic speaking) deliberately kept my phone call on hold for 19 minutes and let the appointment time lapse / allocated to another patient just because when she asked the my name spelling 4th time I was like 'how many times you want me to repeat it?' And she thought let this caller pay the price. Sub standard customer care, if you want to have a bad day, just call them!
